Team Development Training
In today’s market, finding qualified service advisors that follow
your way of doing business can be a daunting task. Our training program
works to develop the advisors you already have, but goes far beyond
training current service advisors. The focus of our service advisor
training is support staff throughout the dealership. We work with cashiers,
lot attendants and even technicians to help them develop a career path.
This program develops potential service advisors for the position,
should it become available and also solidifies the employment of areas
where turnover is greater. Our training program is 10 sessions of approximately
2 hours for each session. We conduct the training after hours and keep
the classes short to keep the interest of the enrollees.
